Our coaches provide the structure, support & motivation to get you into the best shape of your life. With our awesome community of members, we are more than just a gym.
Our 6 Week Introduction to Strength & Conditioning gives you the opportunity to make the most of everything we have to offer, and kickstart your progress.
This package includes:
1-1 Consultation; Needs analysis, movement assessment, injury screen, goal setting and programme planning
Personalised Training Programme; Tailored to you and your goals
12x S&C Sessions; Small Group Personal Training in a 6:1 setting
12x Fitness Classes; Cardio, MetCon and Yoga
Nutrition Support; Optimal Nutrition for Performance E-Book & Expert Coaching
Check In at week 3; Make sure you’re enjoying and making the most of your experience
Final Review at week 6; Assess your progress and make a plan moving forwards either with Ascend on your own.
In your 12x S&C Sessions you’ll join other members from our awesome community, in a 6:1 environment, to complete your tailored programme and make progress towards your goals under the watchful eye of our expert coaching team.
Then use your 12x Fitness Classes to feel the incredible benefits of our CARDIO, METCON and YOGA classes.
Each session follows a progressive programme to develop all areas of your health and fitness. Sessions take place throughout the week, allowing you to fit them into your busy schedules.

We regularly run workshops and social events for all of our members, so come and get involved to see everything that ASCEND offers.

Our new S&C Sessions offer Personal Training in a group setting.
Each person will get their own individual training programme, based off information gained from a 1-1 consultation, to take you towards your goals.With over 30 sessions across the week, you’re guaranteed to find a time that fits your schedule.

This 50 minute class focuses on developing aerobic fitness and anaerobic. Push harder for longer and recover quicker by improving your heart and lungs. And you'll burn a fair few calories in the process! Expect to run, jump, throw med balls and use our range of cardiovascular equipment in this class.

This 50 minute class is the perfect mix of strength, power and conditioning all in one. If you want the best all round workout, this is the session for you! Expect the unexpected: kettlebells, sandbags, dumbbells, barbells, med balls, bodyweight exercises and efforts on our range of cardiovascular kit - you will be constantly challenged.

Connect your body & mind as our inspired and inspiring teachers lead you through their empowering practice. Our instructors each offer a unique style and approach to their practice, giving you variation and an uplifting experience.
No long term contracts. You can cancel or change your membership at any time, so why not give it a go.
